Testimonials
"All I can say is WOW! I learned many stress management tools. I did not have any idea what Forest Bathing entailed until I spent a day with Wendy. Something we ALL need right now is to become more aware of our surroundings and our own senses. Forest Bathing does just that. It is like taking a mini vacation for yourself. I felt calm, grounded, and connected with the outdoors. After spending time outside, Wendy taught an MFR class to all wishing to participate using foam rollers, balls, and bolsters. We worked on our individual focus points, and I left feeling WONDERFUL. What an AWESOME day! I highly recommend Wendy’s Forest Bathing class. She is so kind, attentive, and passionate about her work. You will leave her class feeling like you practiced self-care." - Mary, 2022
